1. In-line and final product inspection:
- Incoming inspection, key components check, monitor factories' IQC system.
- During production inspection, monitor factories' in-process quality control.
- Perform final random inspection, or monitor third party's pre-shipment inspection, make sure the products to be shipped meet with quality requirements,
- Monitor factories' production schedule and capacity.
- Provide technical advice to factories to solve production and quality problems.

2. Factory audit:
- Check factories' quality system, environmental control, production capacity, cooperation level, and social accountability.
3. Check pre-production samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet with related quality standards.
4. Coordinate with sourcing and engineering team to ensure product quality during product development process.
5. Arrange product qualification test and set up inspection and test plan, anticipate quality issues that may arise in the manufacturing process.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

1. Education Level: College or university graduated, major in electric or mechanical engineering.
2. Years of Experience: At least 5 years experiences in manufacturing industry, buying/trading office, or third party inspection company in quality control of consumer products for US/EU Market. Preferably with experience of electric appliances and familiar with UL, EN safety standards.
3. Language Skills: Good at written English, intermediate level of oral English.
4. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.
5. Travel Requirements: Frequently
