Direct and motivate the Customer Service team to deliver professional customer service

Organize trainings to front line staff to upkeep quality of customer service

Offer direction and solution to customer issues and complaints

Analyze customer feedback to gauge the level of customer satisfaction

Work closely with marketing team to execute CRM programs

Monitor the effectiveness of all customer service activities

Prepare management reports to senior management

University degree or above

Minimum 4 years customer service experience of which 1 year at managerial level

Proven record in building and managing a professional service team

Excellent communication in English (TEM-8 or TOEFL) and Chinese

Good leadership, problem solving, presentation and communication skills

Good product and technical knowledge in home electronic appliances is highly preferable

Initiative, self motivated, independent, team player and strong interpersonal skill

Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
