【市场经理 Marketing Manager】

岗位要求：
1、市场营销、广告传播或相关专业本科以上学历，英语流利，具有较强的文字功底；
2、有3-6年互联网、IT、本地化、电子商务等企业（集团企业）品牌管理工作经验；
3、有较强的品牌策划、品牌整合能力及公关媒体资源，熟练操作办公软件;
4、优秀的沟通表达、公关说服和人际影响能力，良好的综合判断能力；
5、具备较强的策划及执行能力，能够独立策划、组织与执行各种活动；

岗位职责：
1.在充分理解公司战略图谋和产品/服务特征前提下，充分综合企业内部资源、合理利用外部资源，进行市场目标界定和分解、定位分析。参与公司经营模式、品牌战略、市场策略的制定和设计，并在实施过程中进行协调、控制、调整和修正，以保证目标的实现。
2. 对公司产品进行定义、包装和推广规划（创意、活动、传播）。
3.定期对市场营销环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析，及时调整营销策略和计划，制订预防和纠正措施，确保完成营销目标和营销计划。
4.根据市场及同业情况制订公司新产品市场价格，经批准后执行。
5.负责重大公关、促销活动的总体策划和现场指挥。
6.负责重大营销合同的谈判与签订。
7.制定营销系统年度专业培训计划并协助培训部实施。
8.协助总经理建立调整公司营销组织，细分市场建立、拓展、调整市场营销网络。
9.负责分解下达年度的工作目标和市场营销预算，并根据市场和公司实际情况及时调整和有效控制。
10.领导交代的其他事务工作。
