职位描述
IT/软件销售代表（深圳/北京/长沙）
岗位职责
1、熟悉IT产品知识，并可以在销售过程中灵活运用；
2、主动通过各种渠道（协会、展会营销、网站论坛等）搜集客户信息，了解和挖掘客户需求；
3、每日完成电话销售数量、群发邮件数量，主动上门拜访客户，掌握营销与面谈技巧，确保电话营销及客户拜访质量；
4、意向客户邀约，以熟练的产品知识讲解、产品演示及销售技巧达成客户的开发和产品销售；
5、根据公司产品、价格及市场策略，独立处置询盘、报价、合同条款的协商及合同签订等事宜，在执行合同过程中，协调并监督公司各职能部门操作；
6、协助团队领导与客户联系，并与客户建立一个稳定的、坚实的合作关系；
7、独立的业务开发能力，沟通及表达能力强，谈吐大方，善于见微知著；
8、根据市场部营销业务计划，完成销售配额目标，及领导交办的其他事宜等。
任职资格
1、专科及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、计算机、通讯等相关专业；
2、两年及以上销售工作经验，有相关的IT、软件应用等技能；
3、具备良好的沟通技巧、亲和感，仪表整齐大方，普通话标准流利；
4、能够熟练使用办公软件，学习使用销售管理系统维护跟踪客户；
5、能够承受一定压力，具备坚持不懈挑战的精神和耐心的意志；
6、踏实肯干，富有团队合作意识，有极强的求知欲望和学习能力；
7、热爱销售工作，成为自己通向实现职业目标的平台。
