职位描述

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

1. Provide leadership and focus to assure delivery of key client support objectives while improving client satisfaction.
2. Manage internal and external customer expectations and deliver a high level of customer service.
3. Strive for continuous improvement of relationships with service providers, including RCT Japan / Taiwan.
4. Manage continuous client-centric process and quality improvement, seeking to improve efficiency through the sourcing of new equipment/systems to enable these improvements.
5. Ensure proper procedures are created and updated for managing the support of clients on the MTA platform.
6. Design and execute efforts to solicit ongoing input from clients to gain insight into improving client relationships.
7. Identify and implement programs and systems to improve throughput of client related issues while reducing recurring concerns.
8. Assess human capital continuously, coaching, motivating, and retaining staff; as well as coordinating bonus, reward, and incentive programs.
9. Define execution plans and scheduling commitments for the group.
10. Gather and interpret key performance indicators.
11. Analyze data on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to identify successes and areas of improvement.
12. Deliver on contractual and internal performance standards.
13. Work with Operations and Technology partners to conduct program analysis to support operational enhancements, program forecasting, and improved program planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology. Other combinations of education and experience can be substituted as decided by management. Fluency in the spoken and written English language required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

? MS Office and other electronic tools
? Knowledge of Remedy, preferred
? General knowledge of business and specific knowledge of process improvement techniques
? Retail Operations / Systems experience preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 6 to 10 years of broad business experience plus at least four years of experience managing a Client Account Base, Technical Support Team, Client Support team, or Help Desk with a history of successful results. Experience operating in a multi-national organization preferred.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:

? Plan, organize, and direct activities related to activities of employees dealing with system production.
? Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally as requested.
? Exercise good judgment.
? Perform a broad range of supervisory responsibilities over others.
? Communicate orally in the English language with customers, clients, and the public in face-to-face, one-on-one settings; in group settings; and over a telephone.
? Produce written documents in the English language with clearly organized thoughts using proper sentence construction, punctuation, and grammar.
? Work cooperatively with others.
? Work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others.
