职位描述

Primary Role Objectives
1. Plan, develop, drive and track Marcomms initiatives offering for regional hub business with professional direction from Director, Marketing & Communications, China and the China Marcomms
2. Alignment with regional business objectives in consultation with RMDs as well as in line with overall China Marcomms strategy and priorities
3. Be recognized as a specialist in delivery of Marcomms solutions and a project manager
4. Effectively manage budgets, drive vendor funded activities, manage supplier relationships
5. Influence culture and internal keystakeholders so Marketing processes are accepted and adopted
6. Carry out other assignments related to CBRE’s Corp profile and business lines profile enhancement as directed by CBRE RMDs and Head of Marketing & Communications, China

Key Responsibilities/Duties – Marketing & Communications

1.Identify, plan and execute external and internal corporate communications strategies and programs for the designated region.
a. External Communications – drive content development to push thought leadership through media dissemination and web content contribution via social media platform, webmarketing and emarketing(working with and supported by China Marcomms team)
b. Internal Communications – contribution to regular company newsletter, as well as provide general advice to support business lines internal communication program

2.Develop and manage corporate and client events (e.g. office openings, client seminars, chamber activities, speaking opportunities etc) to facilitate and reinforce market/brand awareness.


3.Marketing collateral support ; Provide foundational regional hub/BLL marketing collatorals specific support utilizing CampaignLogic template (and working with and supported by Asia Design team).

4.Maintain CBRE’s corporate branding and visual identity guidelines. Ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities.

5.Develop and implement sustainable media relations programs and advertising strategies/programs, particularly co-branding opportunities; maintain strong relationships with local media and agencies and initiate press releases, media briefings, etc. to regularly raise visibility in the target press outlets.

6.Identify high-profile public speaking opportunities for business leaders to ensure high-level visibility in the local market.

7.Identify and organize CSR and community activities and engage participation of local employees (working with China Marcomms).

8.Promote and encourage employee communications and internal info-sharing (eg staff e-newsletter, news bulletins etc.) to ensure consistency of brand-related initiatives for local offices.

9.Effectively source, manage and supervise external vendors and occasional use of agencies.

10.Constantly explore, recommend, use and optimize communication methods, vehicles and technologies to engage with various audiences, particularly as part of fully integrated campaigns.

11.Support China Marcomms team to execute online strategies .


Required Knowledge & Skills
1. Demonstrated ability in delivering results – requires skills of a hands-on marketer, with strategic insight, and able to challenge status quo and think out-of-the-box
2. Demonstrated experience/education background in a broad marketing role in Advertising/PR, property, financial or professional services;
3. Digital savvy and ready
4. Strong writing and editing capabilities, specifically business writing and executive communications
5. Client focused, demonstrating ability to provide quality service and advice within Marcomms arena
6. Sound decision making capabilities, demonstrating an ability to create persuasive and compelling recommendations
7. Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organisation with excellent presentation skills
8. Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
9. Proficient user of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and refined knowledge of computer tools.
10. Proactive, independent, self-motivated and creative.
11. Committed, highly flexible, and willing to learn and take up new responsibilities. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
12. Attention to details

Experience & Qualifications
1. University degree in communications/journalism/public relations/marketing or related discipline with at least 6 - 8 years of professional experience. (experience in property industry an advantage)
2. 4 years+ experience in Marcomms/Marketing role in a service-related industry
3. Presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders
4. Writing skills and ability to edit existing writing (Chinese & English)
5. Strong knowledge of Chinese media would be necessary.
