* Technical Institutes or above
* Minimum 10 years experience in ladies' high fashion, at least 5 years in supervisor level
* Have sample master's experience preferred
* Strong technical background of woven items, paper pattern knowledge a must
* Experience of AQL inspection
* Good command of written and spoken English and spoken fluent Mandarin
* Basic PC skills including email /Excel
* Need to travel frequently
* Able to work independently and under high pressure, good team leadership
