Job Responsibility:

Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods for Plastic Tooling & Molding and Assembly , utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production capabilities, assembly methods and quality control standards.

Plan, schedule, assign and supervise work of the production processes assigned.

Coach, train, and direct technicians and operators to obtain optimum output & results.

Create factory machine routings.

Process cost analysis and estimate

Active participate LEAN activities

Support and practice 6S

Qualifications:

College Degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of tooling and molding process working experience

Strong computer skills required to efficiently utilize Word, Excel, Power Point.

Good command of English understanding both in writing and speaking

Hard working, teamwork and strong communication skills

Work flexible hours as required to meet project deadlines and manage department

ProE software understanding and Project management skill will be plus
