岗位职责Responsibilities

1. He or she should have overall responsibilities for monitoring services during the shift, as well as people coaching and mentoring.

2. In charge of the quality coordination within the shift, he or she has to ensure the shift perform well according the standard procedures and baselines.

3. Responsible for the shift resource availability, he or she has to make sure the shift is always reachable during shift hours.

4. In charge of incident escalation upon the severity.

5. Responsible for timely communication with customer and/or relevant support groups, makes sure correct shift reports updated in time, handover smoothly when shift change.

6. Establish failover/rotation plan within the shift to makes sure have no impact to monitoring services whenever shift member change occurs.

7. He or she should propose improvements based on the responsibilities for services and quality continuous improvement.



　

岗位要求Requirements

1. Knowledge

1) Good understanding of ITIL infrastructure processes and its operational model.

2) Strong knowledge of MS Windows server systems.

3) Strong knowledge of networking services.

4) Knowledge of SCOM, SCCM, OCS and SBC.

5) Hardware knowledge of IT equipments.

6) Excellent English in spoken and written.

2. Additional Capabilities

1) A degree holder in Computer Science or related IT discipline.

2) Minimal 2 year working experience in IT areas.

3) CCNP, MCITP, MCSE certificates are preferred.

4) Good team worker, highly self-motivated, and strong self-confidence to work independently.

5) Good sense of customer orientation.

6) Work in shifts.
