职位描述
岗位职责：
一、行政方面：
1、做好综合、协调各部门工作和处理日常事务；
2、业务主管职位，给下级成员提供指导或支持并监督他们的日常活动；
3、配合部门经理制定公司行政管理制度并监督执行；
4、为公司所有业务部门提供必要的办公设施及其他后勤支持；
5、负责公司车辆、设备、设施等固定资产的调配及管理；
6、负责办公室其他行政事务。
二、人事工作：
1、人事经理计划、指导和协调机构的人事活动，确保人力资源合理利用，管理理赔、人事策划和招聘等；
2、岗位说明书的制定及人事制度的制定和修改，包括员工手册、公司招聘制度、绩效考核制度、培训制度、员工考勤制度等；
3、负责公司员工招聘面试工作；
4、负责公司员工合同管理；
5、负责员工绩效考核，选择员工考核方法，对员工进行定期考核。
6、公司员工的离职、辞退、辞职等相关手续办理；
7、负责员工档案管理；
8、负责人员社保、公积金等社会福利金缴纳、办理工作；
9、负责考勤的统计及日常考勤的监督；
10、负责公司内部员工关系协调、各种活动的组织安排；
11、参与其他人事行政制度的草拟、执行、监督；
12、负责公司出纳相关事务；
13、负责公司企业邮箱管理；
14、安排行政助理工作；
15、其他上级交与的其他重要任务。
任职资格：
1、全日制大专以上学历，五年以上行政人事类工作经验,有建筑设计公司或外资企业工作背景者优先考虑；
2、熟悉行政后勤类工作管理、人力资源运作及劳动法规；
3、有较强的组织协调能力和执行力，能积极主动地独立开展工作；
4、熟练使用办公软件，公文写作、制度编制能力强、英语良好者优先。

After winning the World Best Commercial Architectural Design Award in London in 2015, the projects designed in recent years have won many awards.In 2017, Wuhan fashion center project and Jinan Luneng leading mansion project won the best commercial architecture design award in the Asia pacific region and the best leisure architecture design award in the Asia pacific region respectively; Shenzhen Shenguotou Plaza renovation project won the A International Design Grand Prix; Shenzhen Zhengzhong Science Park was also selected for the 2017 World Architectural Festival Award.
