工作说明：
法务主管隶属于公司法务部，主要负责公司日常法律事务、项目法律事务及配合部门主管对公司其它各部门业务提供法律支持，须具备独立专业的法务处理能力、沟通协调能力及良好的英文听说读写能力。在这里，您将获得充分的个人才能发展空间，并接受跨国企业法务实操。
岗位职责：
1. 负责公司日常合同及法律文件的制定、修改与审核；为公司其他部门的业务提供法律意见，解答各部门的法律咨询；
2. 负责标准合同及法律文件的制定及规章制度的法律审查工作；
3. 为公司重大项目提供法律支持,规避项目法律风险；
4. 协助或负责公司各项诉讼、仲裁案件；
5. 负责公司法律文件必要的英文翻译；
6. 完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1. 持有法律职业资格证书或律师执业证；
2. 具备5年或5年以上的律师事务所或公司法务工作经验；
3. 具备电信、通讯、互联网、技术行业领域经验优先；
4. 熟练的英文听说读写能力，熟练掌握法律专业英语；
5. 具备一定的商务谈判能力；
6. 工作踏实、认真、谨慎、仔细，责任心及执行力强；
7. 具有良好的团队意识及良好的人际沟通协调能力。
