岗位职责：
1、全面负责本公司的生产、技术、质量、设备机电、运转、生产统计、现场管理、安全生产管理工作，确保生产的正常运行。
2、负责对生产进度的安排和生产过程的监控，对生产中出现的问题应及时采取措施予以解决，对问题隐患应及时采取预防措施。
3、组织员工学习交流、科技研讨、进行技术改造，不断提高和改进产品质量。
4、加强班组建设，搞好员工的专业技术培训。
5、负责定期组织举办质量分析例会，并督导各项措施的落实工作。
6、参与公司生产、经营、技改、ISO认证及客户验厂等重大经济活动的研讨，并依据工作职责要求跟进落实。

任职资格：
1、大专及以上文化程度，具有包装或印刷行业生产管理工作经验。
2、身体健康、责任心强，热爱包装或印刷工作。
3、具有全面的组织、指挥、协调能力。具有能独立解决生产中存在的重大质量、安全问题的指挥能力，具有一定的书写能力及较强的语言表达能力。
4、具备质量、工艺、原料、操作、空调、设备、机电、安全等基本知识和技能。
5、能最有效的组织生产人员按时按质完成公司下达的生产任务，保证安全生产。
