位职责：
1、负责公司旗舰店整体运营工作，对店铺销售额负责。
2、负责店铺规划及活动策划，并跟进执行过程。
3、负责运用淘宝直通车、钻石展位、淘宝客等工具完成淘宝的推广工作。
4、负责店铺的日常管理，推进店铺商品、页面更新，对店铺形象负责。
5、负责淘宝管道关系维护，沟通平台推广资源。
6、负责对店铺数据进行分析整理，提出改良建议并执行。
任职资格：
1、男女不限,年龄25~35岁,大专及以上学历。
2、熟悉淘宝规则,二年以上运营经验；
3、熟悉淘宝推广工具，精通直通车、钻石展位等行销工具的使用。
4、优秀的策划能力，能完成店铺日常活动(聚划算,淘金币等)策划并跟进执行。
5、对数据敏感，能完成分析报表并提供改良建议；
6、良好的团队协作能力及执行力；
7、良好的沟通能力，有淘宝相关资源优先；
8、关注时尚，熟悉通讯数码行业优先；
