Responsibility:

· Work with internal and external parties for daily import shipment arrange incl. import plan making, import instruction delivering, etc

· Ensure shipments import to Shenzhen timely, accurately and cost effectively to meet internal and external customer’s requirement

· Handle import shipment delay, damage, claim and any other troubles-shooting issues with related local and overseas parties

· Monitor logistics provider’s import service and work with team to measure their KPI performance

· Explore continues improvement opportunities in import process effectiveness, cost saving and lead time reduction

· Effectively communicate with internal and external parties for import procedure, import policy and best practice set up and update

· Support division business or logistics internal projects which related to import operation/process

· Prepare import monthly report, verify service providers’ freight billing and etc

Requirement:

· College degree in logistics/shipping

· +5 years experience in shipping and logistics, preferably at foreign owned manufacturer with bounded area operation knowledge

· Deep understand and solid experience in bounded process manufacturer import operation, familiar with related import China customs/CIQ compliance requirement and good knowledge in related trade/shipping guideline like Incoterms, L/C….

· Good communication skill and can work with diverse parties independently and properly

· Good at problem solving, logistics project experience to be preferred

· Initiative, self driving and to be proved as a good team player

· Fluent English in both writing and speaking
