Responsibilities:
? Handle the general trade/duty paid declaration and ensure the shipment is released from customs timely and comply with all related laws and policies
? Support bounded customs handbook management to control the bonded material from receiving, production consumption/scrap to FG getting the customs handbook well balanced
? Build and maintain a effective & healthy relationship with Customs and other related government authorities, support internal and external Customs Compliance audits to meet all related requirement
? Understand/update China import/export declaration procedures and regulatory environment to assist companies how to operate business compliantly and effectively
? Prepare & apply customs/CIQ documentation & license relates to import/export when need
? Support business to provide proper customs solution for various new business initiation or current business further development
? Working together with team to maintaining and assuring the accuracy and integrity of all customs records
? Explore opportunities together with team to streamline the customs operation process
? Guide, monitor and coach customs compliance team to ensure operation/process compliance alignment with related laws/regulations

Requirements:
? University degree in Customs/Logistics, with customs declarer certificate
? Minimum +6 years experience in customs/CIQ area, familiar with all related customs/CIQ regulation and process;
? Solid experience in general trade import process, with large equipment line import operation/project experience to be preferred
? Experience at bounded process manufacture plant, with deep understanding and skilled experience in bounded customs handbook management & inventory balance
? Skilled at problem solving, logistics/customs project experience to be preferred
? Good communication skill and can work with diverse parties (including government dept.) independently and properly
? Initiative, self driving and to be proved as a good team player
? Good at both English writing and speaking
? Strong sense on integrity and ethical compliance
? Good skill and experience in coordinate, mentor and lead a team
