工作职责内容
Key responsibilities
? Planning of new production machinery and equipment for parts production, assembly and testing of automatic passenger car transmissions;
? Definition of manufacturing processes
? Definition of production machinery specifications; selection of machine suppliers
? Organization of production starts and ramp ups
? Capacity planning
? Ensure steady quality results
? Cooperation with other departments when setting up the K-FMEA; organizing P-FMEA by his own

Working experience
At least two years of experience (planning or production) in automotive industry
Education
Degree level qualification:
Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Automotive or comparable
English German
Full language abilities: listening, speaking, reading and writing
Computer
Proficiency in MS Office software, AutoCAD
Qualification
? Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
? Good technical ability and negotiating skills.
? Strong organizational & analytical skills.
? Persistency in achieving targets
? Able to work without much guidance.
? Must possess a strong work ethic and high integrity.
? Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office package.
? Ability to work independently and with decisiveness.
? Must be able to work in a team setting and participate actively.
? Must be available to travel.
