Expected Areas of Competence：
?Be the first contact person for system to help users to resolve issues and navigate the system.
?Work with IT to maintain the system, and escalate to 2nd line support, to ensure the system running normally
?Tracking the system performance, find the root cause on time, and issue FAQ of red folder regularly.
?Cooperate the BU/Dept attend red folder related meetings and collect feedbacks.
?Do the system internal admin functions, including access/authority management, updating master data, organization charts in system, etc.
?Document the issue types and develop performance reports for the review purpose with management team.
?Provide assistance to facilitate practices sharing and training new user
?Support the long-term contract roll-out, and address requests from commercial/ medical, to make sure smooth transition.
?Support data/ input collection for process design.
?Other project support.


Experiences/Knowledge Desired：
?Experience in internal meeting review process, e.g. commercial process excellence team, compliance monitoring team, is desired.
?Good command of Microsoft application (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
?Demonstrated understanding of China compliance requirements
?Good communication skills and know how to impact and influence commercial/ medical users.
?Demonstrate willingness to as consultant to support user
?Have a systematic thinking or have a project experience
?Ability to communicate in English, both written & oral.
