职位描述
Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide professional training support to the whole team in Element Fresh which directly or indirectly contributes to business result or development.
The main responsibility of this job role is support regional training manager to strengthen training system, procedure, implement training programs. Come up with materials base on the identified training needs. Deliver various training courses.
This training manager also needs to help the whole operation team to improve the product knowledge and service quality etc...
Key Accountabilities:
A. Maintain training system, work out annual training plan
1. Maintain training system across current regions
2. Manage training expense within budget
3. Identify training needs base on operational tendency
4. Work out annual training plan in accordance with respective regional operation demand and training needs
B. Implement training programs, design or produce training materials
1. Implement training programs base on succession plan
2. The training scope will cover but not only in Element Fresh brand history, high standard customer service and product knowledge, management skills, leadership and train the trainer etc...
3. Conduct train the trainer programs to develop internal trainers
4. Work together with HQ respective function heads to develop, produce , modify and customize appropriate training materials ;
5. Keep all training materials timely updated and make sure the high quality and accuracy
6. Identify special training requirements base on training needs, deliver training activities such like team building, workshop, conference etc…
7. Work together with new restaurant training leader for strengthening the system and procedure, refine SOP or training materials.
C. Deliver training courses
1. Work together with internal and external training trainer resources to coordinate or conduct training for company high level management
2. Conduct training courses including customer skills, people skills and train the trainer training programs for company middle management
3. Deliver New employee orientation frequently to help understand the new comer perspective.
D. Track and evaluate training effectiveness
1. Accurately manage training record and database
2. Track and report the result and effectiveness of all training activities on a regular basis
3. Amend and revise training programs from time to time according to the training feedback and tracking reports.
E. Training report
1. Familiar with training database management
2. Able to consolidate data and come out with training report as per request
3. Analyze training report, come up with appropriate solution
Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job:
1. Bachelor degree or above with relevant majors
2. At least 3 years or above working experience in hospitality industry,
minimum 2 years working as training manager or assistant training manager role
3. Proven certification for leadership, customer service or train the trainer is a plus
4. Certified trainer skills
5. Good communication skills.
6. Good Planning & organizing skills
7. Experience in program design, managing training project is more
preferable
