职位描述

Responsibilities:
Leadership Qualities:
1. Provide hands-on leadership and support to each business unit managers.
2. Exemplify the Element Fresh company culture via communicating and coaching of staffs.
3. Always lead by example, following company standard on all matters pertaining to operation, dealing with guests and staffs or colleagues.

HR Matters:
1. Building an effective work schedule for each restaurant, based on it unique operation flow
2. Put in effective checking procedure to ensure work hours are effectively control and productivity raised in all positions.
3. Communicate with National Restaurant Operation Director on talent pipeline, career plans and hiring needs on a monthly basis.
4. Implement HR strategies ensuring EF will be the employer of choice in the industry; build robust talent pipeline for future new store opening.
5. To conduct professional training and performance appraisal of staffs on a quarterly basis.
6. Always look out for creative hiring initiative.

Operation Matter:
1. To take charge of planning, establishing and improving the call centre implementation, management of call system, business standards and processes.
2. Manage the overall business operation of call centre customer service which includes incoming/outgoing calls, on line delivery orders, Apps and others channels of delivery orders.
3. Maintain daily activities log, organizing and collecting customer data, building and maintaining database, calling back to important customer, analyzing customer needs, submitting analysis report.
4. To take charge of call centre market operation and management, tracking business process, system optimization and work.
5. To take charge of team building and management of the team, providing training and guidance to the team. Improve consciousness of service staff through supervising their daily performance, implementing and promoting Element Fresh culture.
6. Researching and analyzing delivery market and customer profile, mastering and understanding the internal and external dynamic information of the company, reporting to the National Restaurant Operation Director in time and putting forward suggestions.
7. Choosing the right channel for promotion and publicity, formulating sales plan and marketing activities planning with Marketing department.
8. Meet at least once a week (every Monday morning at 11am) with National Restaurant Operation Director, to set weekly priorities and goals for the coming week and discuss the current week issues/events.
9. Monitor customer service levels to guarantee the highest level of service and always represent Element Fresh in the proper manner when dealing with customers and the community at-large.
10. Effectively manage Jett mystery diners program, communicate with respective GMs on report, training and follow up.
11. Be the link between operations and training team, participating in training sessions (as and when needed).
12. Build relationship for designated stakeholders (e.g. landlords, relevant government authorities and business community), and establish effective relationships.
13. To make quarterly business trip other region to audit Call Centre operation.
14. Participate in any events or other matters as delegate by Element Fresh management.

Job Qualification:
1. College degree and above
2. Eight years of working experience in food and beverage service, with at least 3 year managing delivery call centre.
3. Must possess management experience in well known delivery catering companies.
4. Must possess experience managing call centre facilities, establishing address data base.
5. Must possess some marketing experience, keep to date market information.
