Job description :
1. help to follow up with whole order process –make quotation /check pochecklist package /follow up shipment status
2. communicate with US headquarter and Singapore shipping department to coordinate the shipments
3. collect information from different areas (sales /service /shipping /customer)and consolidate them together to prepare the related weekly /daily reports
4. Office Administration (Hotel reservation /flight booking/visa application for employees ..etc.)
Job qualifications:
1.Good English communication, especially in oral & written skills
2.Familar with MS Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.(especially on PowerPoint)
大三在读学生优先， 120元/天
