职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责产品（宝贝）排名的优化（如关键词，人气宝贝，浏览量等），店铺流量的优化，转化率的优化，数据研究统计（量子）,淘宝营销工具的优化和利用（比如，直通车，搭配套餐,秒杀,打折等等）；
2、能够有长远的战略眼光，制订推广目标、计划与预算，并负责实施；
3、负责借助量子统计、数据魔方、情报通等、剖析数据找出店面问题并处理和提交；
4、负责策划各种的店铺推广活动,并能制定详细的参加计划；
5、负责研究基于淘宝站内各种推广渠道和方法；
6、能够迅速发现消费者的需求点；
7、具有很强的沟通、协调能力和团队合作精神。
任职资格：
1、有二年以上淘宝商城或天猫商城的运营推广经验；
2、熟悉淘宝店、天猫商城的运营规范，对电商行业具有充分的热情和激情；
3、熟悉各类免费及付费运营推广工具；
4、娴熟使用直通车、淘宝客、钻展等营销推广工具；
5、熟悉淘宝的各类报名活动，例如聚划算、超优汇、淘金币、天天特价等；
6、有过网店操作经验或成功案例优先；
7、有团队合作精神，能协调各部门间的工作对接，乐于从事挑战性的工作；
8、有强烈的责任心，能与公司共发展
