Asia Retail Partners (“ARP”), is a Shanghai based company that develops European leading retail brands targeting affluent Chinese consumers.
ARP helps its partners to develop their brand in China through joint ventures by leveraging its experience and know how in the Chinese retail sector.
As for today, ARP has a portfolio of 4 leading French brands in retail fashion and food and beverage industries: Sergent Major, Simone Perele, Faconnable, Angelina. ARP is now looking for a Legal Supervisor who can work closely with the Legal Manager on the following tasks:

LEGAL ASSISTANT
· Assist the legal Manager regarding IP issues (check on Internet the Counterfeiting of the Fashion Brands manages by the Group)
· In charge of legal corporate issues for the Group companies (Obtain and update all the necessary licenses for the business of each company of the group (business licenses, organization code certificate, approval certificate…)
· Assist the management for the capital increases
· In charge of the legal annual check
· In charge of the set up of the Branch
For all the legal job, except IP, the employee will manage with agents who will do the job. The candidate needs to be strictly rigorous, very organized and careful, with good communication skills.
Background: Junior profile with from 6 months to 2 years experience with commercial background.
Language : fluent in English – French would be a plus.
