General Summary:
· The ISR will act as customer service to support Sales team as sales coordinator on daily logistics.
Essential Functions & Duties
· Customer Relationship Management – Account profile, Opp. & Quote
· Order Management (Sample, Price release, Order entry, Backlog confirmation/Reschedule, Shipment expedite/notification, RMA)
· Sales Administration Support – assist FSE to provide necessary sales reports, forecast entry
· Logistics Support
· Backlog/Demand/Supply/Inventory analysis
Knowledge, Skills & Education
· College graduate
· 3~5 year experience in ISR similar position
· Min. 3 years working experience in local electronic industry
· Good communication in written and spoken English
