Job Responsibilities

In house Talent Acquisition professional will lead the full cycle recruitment of direct hires according to the Workforce Plan. This role will lead the talent acquisition strategies and tactics for defined requisitions. This role plays a critical part in a progressive Human Resource
? Talent acquisition plans by functions, requisitions, skills and competencies using a Workforce Plan
? Advanced key networking in specific sources; “gurus”, universities, associations, etc
? Full cycle recruitment including offer negotiation
? Planning and coordination of talent acquisition tactics
? Meet with internal client managers, VP’s, Technical Managers, PM’s and Hiring Managers to create the recruiting strategy
? Sourcing on external websites

Required Qualifications

? BS/ BA degree. MBA preferred
? 5-10 years of HR experience with emphasis on talent acquisition

Desired Qualifications

? Semiconductor experience preferred
? Corporate recruiting experience preferred
