ANALYST PRODUCT MANAGER
Reporting to : CEO/COO China
1.1 Handle sales and stock analysis and reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly/season basis
1.1.1 Produce In season sales, product and stocks weekly and monthly reportings and propose solution to COO to increase turnover and margin
1.1.2 Produce marketing campaign analysis on monthly basis , work with operation manager to optimize sales and margin
1.1.3 Produce weekly and monthly sales and stock analysis to the Group in France (LFL, Opening plan, margin,…)
1.2 Define, check and adjust stock allocation and replenishment to increase sales in coordination with COO and logistics manager
1.2.1 Handle new stores first stock allocation
1.3 Handle OTB budget for each season in coordination with Headoffice Product manager at headoffice in France and in coordiantaion with COO
Produce previous season analysis and organize a buying meeting with COO to single out the frame of the next season OTB (marketing campaign plan, price and markdown assumptions, …)
Calculate the OTB by sub univers/usages/themes in relation with global turnover forecast and in relation with store allocation capacity
Get the opening plan from Developement manager and secure the store safe stock for new opening
Organize a meeting with COO for the style selection in coordination with Product VP in France
Place the orders into PRIOS ordering system
1.4 Write the Product training book of each theme and deliver the product training to sales team in HQ to ensure consistent understanding towards products FAB , Key Look etc
1.5 Handle End-Season Stock management in coordination with COO to optimize the sales of residual stocks
Requirements English and Chinese speaking. French is a must
