Reports To: Global Commodity Manager

Position Summary

The Global Sourcing Specialist is ciritical commodity sourcing teamplayer for all ATT companies. This position needs to make sure the commodity plan is consistent. This position also assist sourcing products and materials from suppliers to ensure best value on cost, quality and delivery standards, for all AMES companies. This position works closely with various internal departments (Operations, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure that current and prospective suppliers are meeting the needs of the organization globally.

Major Responsibilities

Support Global Commodity Mangers to complete the daily sourcing work.

Ensure supplier quotations and samples are completed on a timely basis.

Deeply involved in Product development.

Price negotiation & quote form completion.

Compile relevant business reports and recaps to better understand and manage the business.

Sample request and delivery follow up.

New supplier and new product sourcing.

Proactively identify potential product and production issues.

Global Comodity team documents maintenance.

Required Competencies, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education Requirements

·Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field is preferred

Relevant Work Experience

2-3 years in Sourcing or related field

Competencies

Committed, motivated, dedicated, hard-working

Strong teamwork spirit

Good document processing ability

Proficient in MS Office

Able to speak, read, and write English

Able to catch up new task quickly

Certificates/Licensure

CET6 or TEM8
