Responsibility:
1.Assist in develop quality management system and benchmarking analysis for FM/PM services in China
2.Assist in onsite service delivery including operation, project management, procurement etc.
3.Assist in develop, maintain and deliver training material appropriate for PM and FM projects
4.Assist to conduct periodic quality/KPI audits for existing FM/PM projects
5.Assist to conduct other hard-service and projects marketing support which includes business development, RFI/RFP and on-going project consultancies
6.Participate in the service transition/establishment program for the new FM/PM full service projects
7.Assist to generate pitching documents as well as conduct presentation to clients
8.Assist to conduct site visit for potential FM/PM project
9.Assist to generate project report of small project
10.Other jobs assigned by supervisor

Requirements
1.2015 or 2016 graduate.
2.Bachelor;
3.Available to work at least 3 days per week is preferred; Available to tranvel.
4.Good command of Chinese and the English language (written and spoken);
5.Strong computer skills - proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint);
6.Self-driven and good team player.
