Job Purpose:
Define layout and process flow and ensure sub-con produce according to the process sequences and support sub-con on troubleshooting and analyzing problems on the production line.

Key areas of accountability:
· Support new project in the DFMEA, PFMEA;
· Design and establish the Process Flow/Process Control Plan with the PCP team for the new products;
· Design and establish the working instruction with Sub-contractor;
· Design and establish process jigs & fixtures for the new products and control the expenses;
· Lead and evaluate trial runs and follow up the open actions with PCP team before the mass production;
· Ensure the output/scrap of new product are meeting the target together with the PCP team and confirm the maturity of the new product for mass production;
· Ensure CP/CN or Concession Note are execute rightly and timely by Sub-contractor production;
· Conduct regular process audit on Sub-contractor production line and drive for improvements from the audit findings;
· Support the analysis of function defects together with Sub-contractor and provide the inputs for the root cause of the defect. Trouble-shooting and work with relative colleagues for the problem solving when necessary;
· Continuously improve the present manufacturing or production processes to boost productivity, quality, and profitability for the company;

Job scope:
Work under certain supervising and part tasks can be finished independently with relevant knowledge. Works require initiation and cases can be different. Interaction with both internal and external parties and communication will reach levels from junior employee to middle management.

Qualification:
· Academic / Professional Qualification: Min Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Acoustical
· Working Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in related industry, preferably in speaker industry
· Expertise / Skills: Knowledge of problem solving tool like SE, DOE. Able to use CAD to design jigs & fixture.
· Language skills: Ability to converse in English
· Personal Attributes: Team player, clear and concise in communication, following up on details
