Summary:
Responsible for performing PCB layout and all PCB related issues for LeapFrog products. The application should have not only good knowledge and rich experience of PCB layout, DFX and EMC, but also good teamwork and communication inside(cross-functional teams) and outside to bring our next generation of products to market.

Responsibilities:
- Perform PCB layout design and technical follow-up for ITP and Platform products (mainly).
- Host/support PCB layout design review(DFX) among the cross team and CMs.
- Build/maintain standard part library and PCB guideline..
- Support engineering validation test especially for EMC issues.
- Support existing products for all PCB-related issues like cost reduction, continual improvement etc.

Requirement:
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of PCB design experience in high volume consumer electronic digital design
- Experienced in single/double/multi layer PCB design with high speed bus.
- Familiar with Orcad, Protel and PADS2007.
- Have good knowledge and understanding of PCB fabrication, SMT and DFX.
- Have good knowledge of digital and analog circuitry, schematic capture.
- Experienced in PCB design and debug for signal integrity, impedance control and EMC.
- Work with mechanical engineering for defining PCB outline and resolving interference.
- Follow up with new PCB/PCB-related technology and evolution trend to make sure all designs are optimized.
- Familiar with FCC/EMC standard and design documents filing
- Must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Familiar with development process and related standard of Toy products
