Job:

Field Application Engineer-Focus on technical support in MCU or Telecom products.

located in ShenZhen.

Responsibilities:
1. Use technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries, demonstrate products, product applications and company services.

2. Investigate or resolves customer problem by using resources from local suppliers or technical support centers.

3. Plans, schedules and prioritizes level of technical support according to customer requirement and management direction.

4. Register Design-In / Design-wins with team member and suppliers.

5. Maximize the design-win dollar value through continuous providing design-in supports to customer.

6. Complies and submit statistics or periodic reports.

Qualifications:
1. 3+ Year experience with MCU or Telecom application development or technical support.

2. Working knowledge of 16Bit/32Bit MCU, tools, boards, applications software, and systems preferred.

3. Experience in Power meter/metering Products is a plus.

4. Experience in POS/ATM/PINPAD Financial Terminals Products is a plus.

5. Experience in optical Networking products is a plus.

6. Personable with good communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese.

7. Highly motivated, reliable, self starting individual who is driven to maintain regular contact with customers and partners.

8. Can work as part of a team or independently
