Job Duties

1.Initiate strategies, tactics and develop strategic management plans for corporate/ regional marketing communications programs, campaigns and events to meet with business objectives and promote the company branding in the region. Organize and executive the planned activities independently;

2.Liaise with different business units to plan and organize marketing communications campaigns;

3.Lead and organize communications programs including public relations, social media and corporate communications projects;

4.Manage program budget, formulate regular measurement reports for evaluation of effectiveness of the campaigns;

5.Ensure marketing communications activities are in line with the corporate branding guidelines;

Job Specifications

1.Degree holder in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Translation or related disciplines;

2.Minimum 6 years of marketing communications experience, experience of people management is preferred;

3.Concrete experience in leading and execution of corporate communications projects, public relations activities and interactive/ digital marketing communications campaigns or projects is required;

4.Experience in marketing communications in the industry of electronics component distribution/ electronics/ semiconductor with clear understanding of the business and market is preferred;

5.Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English, fluent in Mandarin;

6.Excellent presentation skills including the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management and different culture;

7.Knowledge of interactive/ digital marketing software or tools; communications/graphical and layout software (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) is preferred;

8.Mature, self-motivated and highly independent. Able to work under pressure, multi-tasking and limited timeline.Creative, innovative, good team-player.
