Role:
Handle daily Personnel tasks in Shenzhen office and provide necessary administrative tasks assistance

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate job postings and interview appointments
2. Assist in HRIS introduction
3. Administer leave records and summarize monthly ACS report
4. Handle Payroll calculation
5. Handle 6 funds registration and social security insurance policies
6. Handle all personnel admin including maintaining personnel file and records
7. Handle PV for daily office expenses
8. Coordinate all staff activities for staff club
9. Handle staff travel arrangements including hotel, flights & visas
10. Carry out different initiatives/projects together with the Hong Kong Office

Requirements:
*Education
1. Degree holder in Business Management, Human Resources or related disciplines

*Languages
1. Good verbal & fluent communication skills in English & Mandarin

*Experience & Skills
1. At least 3 years foreign company Human Resources working experience
2. Knowledge in China Labour Law and other HR-related legislation is an advantage
3. Able to work independently & proven problem solving skills
4. Experience in using HRIS is an advantage
5. Proficient in MS Office, strong knowledge in MS Excel is preferred
