基本要求/Basic Requirements：
1. 学历/Degree：电子测试工程或相关专业大专或以上

Major in Electronic Testing Engineering or relative subject

2. 经验/Experience：至少有五年以上的开发或质量工程工作经验，熟悉使用电子产品各类通用测试仪器、测试标准及质量统计报表，具备分析能力，能用英文编写测试报告，熟练运用Office及测试软件，有一定的ISO9000质量管理体系知识。

At least 5 years working experience in development or quality engineer area, familiar with all kinds of general testing instrument or equipment, testing standards and quality statistics report forms, capable of analyzing, preparing English testing report, familiar with office and testing software, and know ISO9000 Quality Management System.

主要职责/Major Responsibility：
1. 直接向品质部主管汇报。根据公司测试要求编写测试计划、规划详细的测试方案、确定测试所需资源及设备。
Report directly to QC Dept. Supervisor. Prepare general testing plan, organize program detailed testing schemes, define testing resources and equipment according to testing requirements in Company.
2. 根据测试计划搭建和维护测试环境。
Build up and maintain testing environment according to testing plan.
3. 执行测试工作，提交测试报告。
Implement testing work and submit testing reports.
4. 对测试中发现的问题进行详细分析和准确定位，与相关人员讨论解决方案。
Define and analysis the problems found in test, and discuss solutions with test owners.
5. 对测试结果进行总结与统计分析，提出对产品进一步改进的建议，对测试进行全程跟踪。
Summarize and analysis testing results and suggest product improvement, follow up the whole testing process.
6. 管理及保存所有测试数据、报告并输入数据中心。
Manage and retain all testing data and reports, and input in data center.
7. 品质部主管或公司领导安排的其它工作。
Other tasks arranged by Quality Department Supervisor or company management.
