Secretary to Chief Factory Manager (CFM) 女秘书

Job Responsibility: -

- Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to CFM

and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation

- Prepare meeting and presentation materials for internal and external meetings

- Take minutes and notes for meetings, issuing and distribution of meeting summary

- Interpret and translate communication between CFM, employees and visitors

- In charge of company circular management, including announcement,

speech preparation and publishing

- Assist in project data management and any ad hoc assignments

- Prepare business document, appointment and travel arrangement, itinerary, etc.

- Comply to the systematic filing system of company

Job Requirements: -

- College Degree or above

- Age over 24

- Minimum 3-5 years related work experience is required

- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Power Point

- Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua is a must,

Cantonese preferred

- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong sense of responsibility

- Able to handle multi-task effectively and independently in a busy working

environment and under pressure

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
