工作职责：

-Territory coverage and management with planning visit and visit capacity and recording system under control通过在控制下的符合计划的拜访以及记录系统，对地区进行覆盖与管理
- Implementing marketing yearly plan with qualified detailing and presentation skills to generate need in the medical channels 通过合格的医务解说工作，执行市场年度计划以在医务渠道形成需求
- Active participation and organization for nutritional and scient. Activities in hospitals积极参加、组织营养和学术活动，参加医院活动
- Establishing professional relationship and partnership with health authorities, opinion leaders and medical associations与卫生管理部门、学术专家以及医学会建立专业关系和伙伴关系
- Managing budget and other resource with strong ROI principles秉持着投资回报的原则管理预算和其他资源
- Keeping company’s property in good condition管理好公司的财产
- Good working relationship and attitude to show initiative and perseverance.以良好的工作关系和工作态度来工作，体现出主动性与坚韧性
- Other tasks as instructed by immediate superior.其余主管交待的工作

任职要求：
-Bachelor degree or above with relative major 相关专业大学本科或以上学历;
- Infant Nutrition operation experience for medical detailing role针对于医务解说工作的婴儿营养业务运营经验
- Excellent understanding of local business environment具备极强的对于本地商业环境的了解
-Strong motivation for the Company, willing to acquire a good knowledge, & skills in all aspects of the Job, esp. developing people, products & company image 对公司具备强烈的积极主动性，强烈的学习工作各方面知识与技能的意愿，特别的在发展他人、提升产品和公司形象的方面。
- Good command of oral and written English 良好的口头英语与书面英语的能力

Nestlé (China) Ltd. is the leading food and beverage company in the Chinese market and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nestlé S.A., the worlds largest food and Beverage Company based in Switzerland. Nestlé (China) Ltd., based in Beijing, is the headquarters for Nestlés operations in the Greater China Region that includes Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan.
