岗位职责Responsibilities
1. 审核订单（平均每小时至少审核70个订单）Approve orders efficiently (at least average 70 orders/hour)
2. 手动匹配、处理银行转账及贝宝支付异常Match Bank transfer payment and PayPal abnormal payment manually
3. 审核验证资料Identify verification documents;
4. 收集、分类验证图片Collect and sort verification pictures in QNAP/drop-box;
5. 用邮件及电话的方式处理客人在线支付过程中产生的问题Handle most issues related to customers’ payments on email or phone call.
6. 积极有效地处理客人抱怨Solve customers’ complaints positively and efficiently;
7. 解决其他小组/部门关于支付流程中的问题Solve queries from other teams/department about payments;
8. 给审单工作及公司的网站提供合理化建议 Provide valuable suggestions about Billing Work and company website.
9. 审单主管/经理交代的其他事项Any other tasks assigned by Billing Team Leader/Billing Department Manager

任职资格Requirements
1. 大专及以上学历，会计专业优先。本职位可考虑优秀的应届毕业生。
2. 英语听、读、写良好。能与外籍主管进行简单的英语交流。
3. 做事细心并且有耐心，有良好的工作态度
4. 有电子商务公司客服及在线支付工作经验的人优先。
