任职条件：
1、大专以上学历，至少1年以上相关工作经验；
2、熟悉论坛推广、博客推广、社区推广、youtube视频、微信及其他新兴网络
推广媒介；
3、熟悉互联网的商业模式、营销方法，对网络渠道优化、推广及活动策划有深
入了解和实践经验；
4、熟悉搜索引擎自然排名规则和网站优化技巧，对关键字自然排名的变化趋势
分析，并提出建议及解决方案；
5、能独立完成公司网站、QQ、微信平台等网络渠道活动策划、实施、拓展及功
能需求，协调内容策划、技术开发、上线运营等各环节工作；
6、扎实的文字功底，具备一定的文字编辑与写作能力，负责网络渠道的软文编
辑、撰写，所有线上活动方案的撰写、实施与管理，能够通过活动营销及渠
道推广支持业务达到预期目标；
7、信息捕捉能力强，擅长捕捉各类网络渠道及其他相关信息；
8、具备创新能力，有强的协调能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力和语言表达能
力，有亲和力和感染力，诚实守信、保密意识较强；
9、有P2P行业经验、门户网站、SNS社区网站推广工作经验优先。
