JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the procurement of indirect material and drive the cost saving and other KPI target aligned with corporate strategy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

?Responsible to procure office supplies, Repair and Operations (MRO) and Direct Materials related purchases to support Assembly & Test operations.

??Master processes and ensure all buyer know it well

?Applies cost or value analysis/ engineering in cost reduction efforts to meet expectations as per Procurement KPI target and goals.

?Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

?Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or other related field.

?At least 3 years relevant working experience OR a Diploma with a minimum of 3 years semiconductor manufacturing experience including 3 years of purchasing experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

?Proficiency in English language, both oral and written communication skills are required to conduct negotiation with executive levels of suppliers.

?Must be independent, dynamic and able to work with minimum supervision.

?Possess good analytical and communication skills; capable of demonstrating optimism; good interaction and negotiation skills; no bias and no discrimination attitude.

?Thorough understanding of company policies especially Code of business conduct.

?To possess knowledge on Value Engineering Methodology.

?Must be able to understand contract writing & Non Disclosure Agreements.

?Must understand the incoterm2010.

?Knowledge of consignment methodology (SMI) is desired.
