职位描述
1. 会看工程图纸，两年以上电动或电热类小家电，或是玩具类产品的手板制作经验，曾经独立制作过家电产品或是玩具产品手板。
2. 熟悉手板制作过程，了解常用手板材料，能根据产品特点选择材料。
3. 熟悉塑胶五金加工工艺，了解喷油、电镀、冲压、注塑等工艺过程，能独立操作车、铣、刨、磨等五金加工设备。
4. 有独立分析问题的能力，能够根据手板制作过程中出现的问题提出改善方案。
5. 熟悉家电产品常用的电器零部件如马达、保险丝、发热管、开关、温控器等，并熟悉这些零件的适用范围及专配工艺。
6. 最好会Pro-E或是其他3D软件。
