Duties and Responsibilities:
? Handle customer complaints ( 8D ) and liaise with customers as a contact window.
? Analyze the root causes for the defects both production and sold market.
? Provide the improvement suggestion and verify the corrective.
? Communicate the other departments for the relevant issues.
Qualifications:
? University graduated and major in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
? More than 5 years working experience in Manufacturing & Quality roles which is related to electrical appliance or equivalent industry.
? Extensive knowledge of Safety & Reliability Standards in electrical field.
? Working knowledge in using Multi-meter and Oscilloscope.
? Experience in methodological tools like DFMEA, PFMEA, 8D will be preferred.
? Basic experience in circuit design both digital and analog circuitry.
? Understand mechanics.
? Depth experience of root cause analysis and problem solving techniques.
? Familiar with MS Offices software.
? Strong communication skill.
? Disciplined, self-directed, task-oriented.
? Good command in written and spoken English.
