Job Description
1 Lead special projects to drive CBU business growth and Site operation excellence
2 Assist Site VP to manage CBU’s operation. Be responsible for reviewing overall P&L of each CBU, including Annual Operation Plan (AOP), budget preparation and execution
3 Assist Site VP to do organization development for each functional department of Site
4 To maintain and develop positive relationships with other parties of the company
5 To place all SOP cross the BU to ensure the accountability throughout company
6 Work in Shenzhen (both ok for day trip between HK and SZ or station in SZ)
The Successful Applicant
1 Bachelor or above education degree is required, BSEE or MSEE degree is preferred but not a must
2 Good verbal and written communication skills with Fluent English is required
3 More than 12 years experience in Electronic industry, in EMS/ODM/OEM industry is a plus, 3~5 years experience of management for Profit & Loss responsibility
4 Strong numerical analysis skill and business development sense
5 Good at business strategy and plan development
6 Solid knowledge & hands-on experience of field force management
7 Strong leadership with good people & organization development capabilities in terms of coaching and performance management.
