【QC Section Head】

Job Summary:

Develops, implements, and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems and activities.

Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products.

Participates in the reviewing of engineering designs to contribute quality requirements and considerations.

Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data.

Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plans for Implementation and continuously improvement of SSL Quality Management Systems.

2. Defines Goals and Continuous Improvement Initiatives of organization handled.

3. Generates operations plans for the organization handled.

4. Implements：

a) Quality Management Systems

b) Quality Goals and Quality Improvement Initiatives

c) Quality Department Operations Plans

5. Monitors and Reports to QD & SSL Management team progress of organization Initiatives.

6. Makes necessary interventions to assure organization and quality initiatives are achieved.

7. Conduct internal audits and monitors strict implementation of corrective actions.

8. Works with Management team, Staff and other department to Define, Implement, Monitor and make necessary actions to assure SSL Initiatives and targets are met.

9. Plans, drives and makes necessary interventions to Develop staffs’ competency level.

10. Leads and Coaches staff to attain organization Initiatives.

11. Practices safety

12. Complies with current Quality Management Systems standards.

13. Supports company’s programs on implementation and monitoring compliance with EICC and COBC standards

14. Monitors Department’s Compliance with EICC and COBC standards.

15. Reports any variance for any SOP’s.

16. Recommends/ suggests improvement on areas concerned.

Position Requirements:

1. Degree Level

2. Minimum 5 years of Semiconductor quality experience of which 2 years is in managerial or supervisory position.

3. Have team leader experience in company level programs or project with significant success

4. Familiar with TS16949, SSBB, Change Management

5. Excellent writing & communication skills

【QS Section Head】

Position Description:

	?1. Develops, evaluates, revises, and applies technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect in-process “raw materials, products, man & machine” & finished products. 2. Ensures activities are in compliance with quality assurance system (ISO or TS16949) & applicable government regulations. 3. Performs analysis and identifies trends in the inspection of in-process materials & finished products, and recommends effective corrective actions. 4. Ensures that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are complied. 5. Leads a group of quality control engineer to enhance in-process quality control system for customer incident reduction. 6. Ensures all process change in production was effectively evaluated before change triggered. 7. Periodically perform internal audit and supplier audit for SSL/supplier on system compliance. 8. As core element leader to support TS16949 certification on in-process quality & supplier quality system. 9. Drive & guide internal engineering/QC team on SPC process control/MSA system requirement & monitoring setup.
Position Requirements:	1. More than five years’ working experience in semiconductor field, familiar with the semiconductor manufacturing process 2. Bachelor degree, major in electronic or related. 3. CET6, fluent in English listening , speaking and writing, know little Japanese may advantage 4. Possess quality control tools & quality system (ISO9K or TS16969 or equivalent.. knowledge) 5. Good at analyzing and solving problematic things. (DMAIC or 6 sigma will add advantages)
