Position Scope/Objectives:

Follow the order process from samples developments to shipment to develop and continuously improve suppliers’ performance and development. Handle merchandising process including production time line manage sampling products, product testing, production sign off, and shipping schedule.

Responsibilities:

1.Plan the schedule to ensure the development and production process completed according to the target time line.

2.Work with drawing team to ensure the engineering drawings completed on time and secure suppliers have item packaged accurately.

3.Communicate with local supplier regarding product structure, factory price review to ensure the product comply with requirement.

4.Work with compliance team and factory to secure sample testing and lead any corrective action.

5.Follow up with factory for the status of material procurement, production schedule and make sure shipment comply with ship window, secure high and reliable on time performance with active understanding and management of supplier capacity.

6.Ensure all supplier quotations and samples are completed on a timely basis for appropriate decision making to meet objectives.

7.Make shipment guidance for factory and arrange QC for inspection based on purchase order requirement.

8.Keep communication with headquarter for update status of product development and purchase order.

9.Maintain strong business relationships with suppliers for product development and production

Qualifications:

1.College degree or above

2.English, Foreign Trade or other related discipline.

3.Minimum 2 years working experience as merchandiser or supporting position.

4.Good Knowledge of suppliers and factories.

2.Good communication skill and ability work independently with minimum supervision.

3.Good negotiation skill in working with suppliers on product and price.

4.Good problem solving skill.

5.Team player with ability to work with associates from different cultures.

6.Highly motivated with high sense of urgency and initiative.

7.Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines and keep them on track.

Communication Level and Computer Literacy:

1.Good command of oral and written English.

2.Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
