职位描述

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for administrative operations, including Security, Factory safety, Reception, Transportation, Canteen, Dormitory, Visa application, Club and festival activities ,etc.
-Develop and implement office administrative procedures.
-Keep good relationship with exterior organization or group, e.g. with community, government, and prepare decent reception to them;
-Set up and update company policies and regulations regarding administration in accordance with the policies and regulations.
-Manage the outside shared Dorm; assistant the new hires rent the apartment.
- Provide the regular administrative reports.
- Other jobs assigned by supervisor & the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor degree or above and a major in Business Administration is preferred;
-Minimum 10 years Admin experience in multi-national company, experience in the related manufacture industry is a plus;
-Mature, honest, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
-Fluency in English and Mandarin a must, additional language capability would be highly advantageous.
-Effective & efficient, Self-motivated with excellent service attitude, with high level of responsiveness and be able to work independently under pressure;
-Good communication, presentation, interpersonal skills
-Skillfully use Microsoft office software, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
