Position Summary
职位概述
The Director of Asset Reliability will oversee the equipment and property asset base across , China, P.R.C. factory and drive introduction of new concepts and best practices with LEAN and TPM pillars to lead CTP to a world class level in capability and throughput at the lowest possible total cost.
资产保障总监将会监督审查中国工厂的设备及财产,并且以LEAN及TPM作为根本,推动引入最新的概念及最佳的实施方法以领导CTP在性能和产量上达至世界级水平。

Define and deploy an effective equipment operations strategy

? Lead and develop a solution through team collaboration to execute best-practice setup methods to reduce and eliminate internal setup time and qualification of work prior to in-cycle operations.
引领及寻找解决方法,通过团队的良好合作执行最佳方案,在正常运营中减少和消除内在的设置时间和限制。
? Deliver the transformational goals as evidenced by robust, new, sustainable processes operating successfully; “Transformation informed by metrics”

? Improve and implement performance goals / objectives and metrics for continuous improvement of all production equipment performance and reliability including all supportive advanced total productive maintenance systems, supply chain and spare part inventory management

? Develop and lead the transformation to a sustainable in-house ownership and capability of total productive maintenance

? Strengthen performance goals and future state conditions of OEE, TPM and the visual factory. Develop next level standards for total productive maintenance on all systems directly and indirectly supporting the highest levels of performance

? Develop sustainable systems and standard work to achieve consistent day-to-day behavior in supporting Total Productive and Autonomous Maintenance activities for operators and Maintenance Staff

? Build and Strengthen Capabilities (people, process, systems and tools) across all Mold Maintenance Shops
