职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Providing legal service in a comparatively independent way under the supervision and instruction of Legal Director, including providing legal opinions and reviewing contracts in the areas of corporate, real estate, labor, litigation, consumers' rights protection, IPR, unfair competition etc.
2.Identify legal issues and all potential legal implications in cases and propose legally sound solutions;
3.Identify the potential impact on the company of general legal developments;
4.Work with internal Departments and external lawyer for various restructuring and expansion projects;
5.Ensure line management colleagues give due consideration to key legal issues in decision making;
6.Review and draft various legal documents and management procedures accurately.
Working Language: Chinese/English
Reporting Line: National Legal Director
Qualifications/ Requirements:
1.Law degree(s) from reputable China and/or overseas law school(s);
2.PRC bar admission;
3.5+ years legal practice experience, solid law firms - preferred;
4.Excellent English/Chinese and good command of computer skills;
5.Keen sense of responsibility on work;
6.Strong communication skills;
7.Able to work under pressure;
8.Team spirit.
