职位描述
Responsibilities:
？ Lead and manage internal and external IT solution providers to implement IT projects, business process design and improvement, IT application solution services to improve business processes and market competitiveness for the organization
？ Provide guidance to the MIS team and lead team members to continually exceed the expectations of the organization through their system design and development, project delivery, support and good internal customer service
？ Manage and in-charge an off-shore development team on design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance
？ Communicate with various business units, collect and analyze business requirements, translate into technical documents for business evaluation and application design
？ Responsible for IT project management and documentations
？ Identify and manage of risks to ensure the implementation of effective application solutions and comply with compliance requirements
？ Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
？
Requirements:
？ Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
？ At least 6 years system development and project related experience in insurance and/or finance sectors with solid supervisory experience
？ Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
？ Good project management, problem solving and negotiation skills
？ Strong solution delivery management experience and skill
？ Solid experience in supervise off-shore development.
？ Solid technical development experience in Java EE, Spring, Struts, Apache, Hibernate, HTML, XML, CSS, AJAX and Microsoft SQL Server
？ Proficient skills in .Net, stored procedure and web application and database system development
？ Good command of both verbal and written Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage
？ High emotional maturity and able to work under pressure
