职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Manage a Sales Department with several teams covering the northern half of China. Size of the total team: 40
? Develop business plan and sales strategy for North China market to meet sales growth targets.
? Further development of talents in Direct and Indirect sales teams. Our teams will continue to grow.
? Close cooperation with all team leaders and members.
? Control of Sales success with modern management tools.
? Initiation and coordination of action plans to penetrate the market further;
? Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans / activities as needed;
? Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance;
? Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on related applications;
? Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports of the market;
? Control expenses to meet sales budget guidelines;
? Maintain contact with key accounts in the sales area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above;
? 8-10 years working experience in medical;
? Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
? A proven track record in achieving sales revenue and growth targets;
? Familiar with project and sales force management tools;
? Strong in team building and people management;
? Proactive, willingness to take on extra responsibilities;
? English in speaking & writing;
? Frequent travelling required.
