职位描述
Job duties
1) handle existing customer repeat order follow up till delivery
2) liaise with 2 factory(own & outsourced) for compare costs, monitor production status, ensure prompt delivery
3) clarify & pass all required production & packaging info from customer order to factory for production
4) communicate clearly with various party - bot external (e.g.clients, own & outsourced factory, shipping forwarder) and internal(e.g. sales, accounting colleague)
5) handle shipment via shipping forwarder
6) generate monthly reports in sales forecast
7) manage routine paper work & filing system form customer enquiry & orders, till delivery (i.e. customer's required doc, issue sales invoice to customer / issue PO to factory)
8) assist C.S manager to follow up other case
Skills required
1) min 2 years working experience
2) educated level of associate or above
3) has advantage with experience in consumer products trading or manufacturing companies (in Dental / healthcare products)
4) organized & work independently
5) must speak cantonese / must write & read english
6) high attention to details
7) ability to multi-task, work independently & under pressure
8) proficiency in software such as MS office, MS excel, word & power-point
