Job description:

Perform IT support for PC and software installation , troubleshooting , problem fixing ， server and network assistant.

Requirement:

1-2 years IT support experience. Familiar with windows AD, DHCP, DNS, internet/intranet, IT security.
With one of these certificates is preferred:
MCSE is preferred.
CCNA is preferred.
ITIL is preferred.
With linux experience is preferred.
Good at communication.
Responsible, friendly, honest, patient.
Fluent in speaking English.

Education:

Bachelor degree in IT related science.
